The centralised facility is reviewed upon individual healthcare department layout and specific users. Secure print release (pins) is set up for users to retrieve the workload upon device approach protecting confidential data.

With a reduction in devices and a shared facility, naturally this will reduce print & energy output provide further cost saving and further reducing the carbon footprint.

In this event we can provide coverage for existing devices along with fewer replacements. A service agreement can be set up to cover all elements of the print solution from toner to support on an optional fixed cost element. With this solution in place the Client can then still benefit from a managed print solution along with a cost & energy saving incorporating their existing devices.
